Grilling Hasa Hasa fish is fun and healthy

I had so much fun today grilling the Hasa Hasa fishg we bought at the Sunny Brooke market here from where I currently stay in Cavite Genral Trias. We live by the way at Crystal Aire Subdivision along Bonifacio Drive near Monterey in San Francisco where we watch teleserye every night.

Well, going back to the grilled fish we are going to have for lunch today at home plus the bitter fruit (ampalaya) cooked with boiled pork. We don’t use cooking oil much at home now since Papa had a mild stroke and believe it or not, he never felt better today ever in his life before since we did it. I found out that all processed food is never good for health even those canola oil or corn oil or even the claimed health cooking oil which is the vegetable oil. Continue reading

Health Secretary Confirms A(H1N1) is in RP

A (H1N1) virus is now in the Philippines after the health secretary Francisco Duque III has confirmed that a girl who just came to the Philippines from the United States last May 18 must’ve brought the new dreaded disease to the RP.

In a press statement which I read today with the reference of a friend in the Philippine online society, the message told me of a Philippine Daily Inquirer news about the case.

Where Dental Health is a Must

In the military, I learned that it is a must to have a healthy teeth as well as overall dental condition of the soldiers. I came to know about this rule before you can get to serve your country when a close friend from Vancouver told me. He used to serve in the Philippines Military Force for almost 5 years until he decided to pursue his marine engineering course and finish it to get employment abroad.
